If I could give them zero stars I would. They are highly unreliable & unprofessional. I had made an appointment to have my home cleaned & to set up weekly cleanings thereafter. I had spoken to Denise to confirm a 3 PM appointment on a Saturday. It was her partner who was to come. At around 3:15, I get a call from her asking me for my address as apparently he misplaced it.
