My wife had her oil changed but they didn’t reattach the skid plate correctly and it came loose and started dragging. My wife stopped and called them but because she has an accent, was flustered, and couldn’t explain to them what happened. So if you don’t speak perfect English and don’t know all the parts of your car, forget bringing it here. Although they had to remove this skid plate to change the oil, according to them the did the oil change correctly. I thought putting everything back in place was part of the oil change.... read more
