Beware: Here is an update on (Shane) the body guy from W & J Auto Repair in Franklin. You know the saying ...you get what you pay for. Well, I got caught on that with him. He did my bodywork on wheel fenders and now it's bubbling up, due to rust that he never cut out. He told me he patched it up without cutting it out and "It's like cancer" pertaining to the rust. Honest, affordable, reliable and thorough! Took my 2014 Mercedes to three different shops for tire that kept blowing was told by all three it was just my tires of choice. Car was pulling hard so I took it local to W&J for an alignment because it needed updated Alignment machine. After doing alignment Walt notes it was still pulling. Put it up and looked and sure enough he found a bend in my lower control arm. He ordered the part and got it in. Saved me $$$$ and time. Highly recommend!!!
As a realtor I have to come to clients in a clean car, I can’t say enough about how clean Walt got my seats and carpets done. I recommend highly!!
Did not provide quote before doing work as asked. put parts in that were not needed and did work that was not asked to be done. said he did work but that wasn't done either had to go to dealership and pay more money cause he did work which was not asked for on the list I asked a quote for.also charged me labor again to take out a used defective part he put in before I ever picked up the vehicle. asked for quote for abs module but he decided to replace all abs sensors. when you ask for a quote before any works is done that me... read more
I had a problem with my Subaru that needed attention before I drove it very far. I called W & J Auto and was told that Walt would be able to help me in about 1 hour. When I arrived, I explained my problem. About 1/2 hour later, I was on my way! Walt charged me less than I had anticipated and threw in a few extra touches.
Thank you so much for taking great care of my car... Walter and Tammy keep smiling it was such pleasure to meet you both...
highly recommend! Went here for tires not only did they get them fast but they were also super resaonably priced. I will definitely be bringing my car back here!
