I hate giving bad reviews, and I hope there is a technical explanation. In which case, I will remove this review. However. I called this business to get some shirts embroidered. I'd barely asked a couple of questions and old mate hung up on me. I called back straight away and it rang out. I text about a minute later and said it got disconnected, could he please call back. 2 more calls ringing out and 2 more texts over the next couple of hours and still no response. Ordered some puffer vests and softshell jackets for my company (20+ jackets) and they were able to embryoid our logo and deliver the jackets a full week sooner than the quotes given to me by other companies.
