I wanted to extend my vacation in Mexico by 1 week. I called wizfair who took my flight information. They sent me an email that they have made the changes and to review the information. I approved the information and was told that the changes will take a few hours to appear on my airline's itinerary. I took them at their word and made changes to extend my stay as hotel availability at a premium. The next day I called wizfair as the airline changes did not appear.
