For the few dollars you save, it just isn't worth using this site. I did by mistake and didn't notice until I saw that even using my airline card, the checked baggage was not free, as the airline would have been. So I rebooked through the airline itself, and then when I went to cancel, I was put on "hold" for 10 minutes while the agent (Andy) had to check it out before he could finalize my cancellation. I wanted to extend my vacation in Mexico by 1 week. I called wizfair who took my flight information. They sent me an email that they have made the changes and to review the information. I approved the information and was told that the changes will take a few hours to appear on my airline's itinerary. I took them at their word and made changes to extend my stay as hotel availability at a premium. The next day I called wizfair as the airline changes did not appear.
