I had an appointment with this company and took off work to be here between 8am-10am. At 11am no one had called or came for the appointment so I left a message at their office. At 12noon I called and left another message, very shortly after that the plumber called to apologize-no reason given. Time is money, theirs and mine. How disrespectful and rude to waste someone's time like this. My toilet is still broken and now it has cost me 5 hours of my workday $$$$$. I will NEVER contact this company again.
