Stopped by here before heading back to the west side a day after a concert at the Gorge. This place is legit! The owner, whom I never caught the name of, was beyond friendly and very detailed. He told us a little history behind the truck and Chicago beef sandwiches and let my wife and I try the hot peppers before deciding. The sandwiches themselves were amazing! Was in town for a baseball tournament and found this gem! Seriously one of the best meals I have ever had! I highly recommend the Chicago style hot dog and Italian beef sandwich! Generous portions and well priced! The owner was super friendly and the service was great! I will definitely go there every time I am in town!
Such a good experience! My boyfriend and I stopped here on the way back from a road-trip. We have never been here and both are unfamiliar with Chicago dishes. The owner instantly explained everything to us in such a descriptive way so we didn’t have to bombard him with a bunch of questions. We happened to be passing through west central Washington when my wife found Wize Guys Beefs in the town of Moses Lake. Both of us having grown up in Chicago, we couldn’t believe our luck. They have the 100% authentic taste of Chicago. We ordered a Chicago Dog with fries and an Italian Beef.
