I called four days ago with a fairly simple issue. I was told it would be 8 days before I could be helped. After four days I called back to see it they had an opening. They said they were busy and would call back. They never called back. I called again and asked if they could fit me in somewhere. They again told me they were too busy. I asked if I should try another place and they told me I should. I called another place and had my issue resolved in 10 minutes by an extremely friendly person.

Called Nov. 23 for help igniting our gas fireplace. After telling Butch that ours was a Regency, he said "Oh" like it wasn't one of theirs and told me they had no one available until Dec. 29. I called Chimney Sweep and Ken came out today and started it. I highly recommend Chimney Sweep in Show Low.

I spoke with the lady a few times about the purchase and installation of an insert. She initially told me the install would be easy and quick since it was a switch out. She also said since the install would be quick I could be penciled in and not charged for the full amount. When I returned to purchase the insert and schedule the install, she said the install would take the full 3 hours and I would have to pay the full amount. I went to Mountain Leisure instead and was extremely satisfied with his work and HONESTY.

I purchased a pellet stove fireplace insert from Wizard and was very impressed. All around fantastic service. Jack came out to our house 4 times in all to check the fireplace, to install the stove, to educate us, and then to fix a small glitch with our stove. We purchased the Quadrafire Castille, and it's superb! Heats our 2500 ft2 home very nicely. I would heartily recommend Wizard! Scott C.

originally called the company about 6 months ago for a chimney sweep and wood stove cleaning. They came out, but their ladder wasn't tall enough. We rescheduled and the second time they came, their ladder was AGAIN, not tall enough. The third time they came out, I wasn't around and I left the key in a lock box on the front door. I was promised by the owner, Jack, that he would be the ONLY one with the lock box information, and he promised he would be the only one to come out to do the service. I don't usually write reviews but I saw the bad one here and had to tell you that I did not have this kind of experience. I was well taken care of and there was always someone there to load my pellets. Wizard's has done the service on my pellet stove for 5 yrs now and they are always professional and helpful. They have always been and always will be the place I go to to get my pellets and pellet stove taken care of.

Last year, I bought a 1200 Quadrafire from Wizard's Hearth & Home. This pellet stove far exceeded my expectations. I heated a 1700 sq ft vacation home in Searchlight, Nevada without ever using the forced air heating system, despite temps as low as 21 degrees.
