Wizards repaired my Kandi Cowboy as would be expected. Courteous friendly service. Technically proficient. The warranty repair was a lesson in patience. 5 full month’s to get the manufacturer to process the warranty claim, approve, provide replacement parts and lots of frustration. Kandi has a systemic problem with warranty repairs. Wizards did all they could and was as helpful as they could be. Kandi America is the problem. Thank you Wizards Golf Cart Service for a job well done.
