Last week my wife was driving through Quesnel on her way to Vancouver when her overheat lamp turned on. Turns out she dipped into a couple rocks on construction on the Alaska highway, damaging her radiator and some related parts. The people are here are friendly. Merlin was amazing and got me all fixed up and back on the road again. I cannot thank them enough for getting me fixed. For being honest, quick, and going out of their way to help me out in a tough spot
Being from out of town and breaking down on the road I was in a really stressful situation. These guys were very helpful and trustworthy and got my vehicle looked at asap so I could get back on the road.
Could not recommend more highly! Such a helpful, genuine team working here!! They are great at their jobs, highly knowledgeable, honest and are not in the business of upselling or trying to scare you into paying for things you don’t need. If anything, and this was my experience, they made it as affordable and painless as it could possibly be. A gem of a place!
