Do NOT hire this company for barrier arms or security gates. Our Metro District hired Wizard Works to service our car gates for our neighborhood and install and maintain barrier arms and they are totally incompetent, unresponsive and lack solutions for high traffic areas. They have been working on our gates/ barrier arms project for almost 2 years, taking almost a year just to get them installed, and since they were installed, they get hit daily and almost never work (always remain broken and “up”). This company has wasted our tax payer dollars and act like they have never installed a barrier arm before. They service our neighborhood in Douglas County and none of their barrier arms installed work. It’s embarrassing and a major safety risk. If you want to waste six figures and have zero results, hire this company.
