Exemplary workmanship from start to finish. Charlie installed screens for two double doors, resolving a design issue on the one door. When Charlie left, the promise of moth free autumns , sleek design and absolutely no remaining dust or evidence of construction remained! Not to mention, an affable , professional exchange of interesting ideas. Thank you wizard. Thank you Charlie!
Very professional communication and service. Straightforward visit for a measurement, answered all my questions about options, suggested the right one for our apartment. Scheduled an actual visit to install it in a few weeks. That appointment was also straightforward. In and out within 15 minutes. Not much more I could say given the professionalism all throughout, that’s all you can ask for. No news is great news and I appreciate everything.
Run away as fast as you can! They don’t stand up to any other warranty. Terrible customer service! Business model is sell as much as they can and then if something is under warranty, (which is not because they don’t warranty anything) charging more for it! Paul could care less. They try to say warranty is not to get out of jail free card for a bad install. Would in fact the install was faced over and over with their lead tech. So I would call that bad advice. They refuse to warranty anything. They always blame it on little things. Oh you were off 1/16" so sorry no warranty. Call Phantom, Mirage or Centro if you need a large retractable screen.
