Had an old patched up sliding glass door screen that needed to be replaced. Quick response from initial call. Extremely happy with measurement appt and later installation. Both done by Derek. He was very personable, conscientious and professional. The product itself appears to be well made. Very pleased.
When reaching out to Wizard Screens to request a quote for a back door retractable screen we were responded to quickly. A request from them for a picture of our door. Upon reviewing the picture we were told the screen door could be made on site!! The installer arrived and was extremely friendly. He gave a full explanation of how the work would be done. Everything was great. The site was easy to navigate, I sent Wizard a message through the site, they called me quickly and we set up the appointment for installation. The installer arrived on time was very pleasant. His workmanship is perfect. He took the time to explain the proper care and maintenance of my new door. All in all a perfect experience.
