I am very happy with my experience at Wizard of Paws. They did a phenomenal job on my baby Bella. Great work!
THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS NEGLIGENT. They have injured my dogs on multiple occasions and have been secretive about each incident. They have cut/nicked each of my dogs on more than one occasion that have caused scrapes. Both my Shih Tzu Poodle and my other Toy Poodle. They try to hide their malpractice and not be honest about when incidents like this happen. I had to find out on my own on multiple occasions and bring it to their attention. Who decides on the cut/style to groom the dog? I thought it was me, when I specifically said not to cut the body - just trim the feet, legs and face. Well, I just picked my NAKED dog up. Every inch of him was trimmed SHORT! Jen's justification was "we can't do the legs and not the body." WHY WOULDN'T YOU SAY THAT WHEN I SPOKE TO YOU? My looks so ridiculous. I very specifically told the staff, Jen, not to cut my dogs body hair. Trim his legs and face only. Could not have been more clear... my dog is practically naked now. No one bothered to call me to discuss their style decision. I just showed up to a naked dog. ABSOLUTELY INFURIATED when Jen tried to justify their work by saying "Well we couldn't trim just his legs without doing his body too" Lady, it's the middle of winter and my dog has no hair now.
