Do not come here. Prices are high. The staff is rude. The wait times are ridiculous. I have been a customer for years and for some reason over the last year the service I have received is terrible. They do a really great job at their actual job of grooming but everything else is just not worth the experience anymore. Sadly I think it’s time to find a new groomer.
I can't express how wonderful my experience was! I took my cat for her first visit, and I was quite anxious. However, when we picked her up, she looked fantastic! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They did an excellent job grooming her and ensuring she was clean. I will certainly return.
This is our second time visiting Wizard of Paws and they are wonderful. Our staffy Pumpkin can be nervous around other pets. The staff did a fantastic job trimming her nails and keeping her calm. Highly recommended.
