so nice This store has a great selection of childrens items, furniture to clothing, this is an expensive store but you can get some really nice things here if your budget allows. The store is set up really nice and is definitly customer friendly. I thought the store was in a nice location. The staff here was great also.

Quality Store This store is a refreshing change from the cheap junk you normally find at the big boxes. Of course, quality costs money and many of these products will not be used for very long, so think before you buy. I was disapointed that they do not carry gates, this is one product that you need to make sure is sturdy and works well. I could not find any decent top-of-stairs gates anywhere in FM. Good luck if you have a problem Customer service is great when you are making a purchase, but if you have a problem with your purchase, good luck getting help. I purchased something there, it was flawed, so they were going to get a replacement for me. Two times I heard "it will be here next week" and it never was.

HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE Very displeased in the service received here. My wife and I bought a $700 crib here. We had an issue with it about 1 week later and the owner said its not her problem. I would have expected much better from a business owner. Never again will we set foot in that door again

Wizard of Kids I do not agree with the previous comments. Like any store if you buy and then never have further contact with the store your experience is fine. The owner of this store does nothing to improve the image of locally owned stores. Most everything she has for furniture is order only making it non-returnable and if you do have even the smallest complaint she does not have the time but, she will take your money!! Very nice children't store. This store has upper end children's clothing, furniture and accessories. They have really really nice things if you have the money to spend. We bought our crib there and have been very happy with it. Great quality items.

Great Service and great selection We shopped at Wizard of Kids for our Twins. We bought our baby furniture there and love it. When we opened the dresser box the front of one of the drawers was cracked. It took a little while to get the replacement but we put it one and it works great. We ordered matching Christening outfits for our boys and they were perfect. You have to pay more for upscale items but it is well worth it. Staff was very helpful.

I have shopped before..not a good experience...and so I gave it another shot. went in..bought 3 pairs of pajamas..2 same brand and 1 different. my son wore the 1 pair not even a full day..they turned all pilly. I washed light on cold and air dried...nope still didnt help. I didnt pay 37.00 for this!!! I contacted her..she said bring them in and I'll call company. i did just that. She as in the owner called me today and said she sent photos and the company of the pajamas said they couldnt help her and that she can't help me. ... read more
