we bought a pump from Wizard hot tubs. No fuss no drama received the pump within two days.Absolutely perfect service I wouldn't go anywhere else.
ADDITION BELOW FOLLOWING WHT RESPONSE. Spent months sending them information re parts for my hot tub and produced a word document containing all the images and product codes (as Tom requested). They sent over a price, which aside from one item, which was a lot cheaper elsewhere (but still accepting 10+ items and their full labour and callout costs [totalling c.£2.5k) and Sallianne then says they are currently too busy with larger contracts and would be happy to sell me a new tub instead.
