After a late cancellation on my vacate carpet steam clean, Lisa was extremely helpful in arranging an urgent clean of my carpets. After providing the requirements, Lisa explained that she would respond within the hour and she did just that. Angelo arrived on time and was friendly, honest and prompt in getting the job done. We used Wizard for tile and grout cleaning in a home we have recently moved into, which is about 20 years old and not sure the grout has ever been cleaned. Peter was an absolute wizard with his machine - the tiles and grout have cleaned up so much better than we could have hoped. My kids thought the grout was supposed to be black.
