One of the worst car buying experiences ever. We had some issues with the car within days of purchase. The service team said because the issues weren't happening regularly they were going to fix it. Then they lost the wheel lock key and blamed the detailer. Then we had a major oil leak and they told us they warrantee company required an inspector to look at the damage. Overall great, but purchase completion took too long
WAS Very happy with my purchase, Seamless deal very attentive and great prices. Fast forward 2 months. Still have not received my registration/plates(i only live in Rhode Island) no one likes to give straight answers, not the salesmen not the title clerk or the general manager. I now am paying for a truck that has not been able to be driven since 2/16 when my temporary plate expired. They get the sale done fine but the rest of the management process is poor.
