It is the best place to go for fingerprints or drug testing in Boulder! Steve is competent, helpful and most importantly, a really good guy! It was an easy and enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend!!!
This was quite literally the worst fingerprinting experience I have ever had, which is ironic considering that I was only there for 15 minutes. Right when I walked in, the man in the office (whose name I do not know) was on the phone, saying it was a customer service issue. In fact, he was trying to do something with his medication, but that is not what upset me. This man was so disrespectful to the person over the phone, yelling "I told you I already did that!" multiple times, and getting overall very vocally frustrated. Hi... read more
Holy cow the man was extremely rude. I was shocked. Im surprised he said, “Have a nice day” after ruining it. It’s important to show kindness when others treat you miserably, you never know what they’re going through. He gets the job done quickly tho.
