Rude, horrible customer service and disgusting open mouthed coughing while "serving" me
I’ve done fingerprinting here about 4 times now and have never had a bad experience! Appointments are quick and easy. Also, the gentleman there is always super nice and friendly!
Friendly, quick and helpful
If I could give negative stars I would. The absolute worst experience. I sent my employee here and she left with no fingerprints and in tears. She arrived at 7am the door was locked and she called, no answer. The man finally let her in and repeatedly pronounced her name wrong. She corrected him and he didn’t listen. He then was calling her racist and rude and told her to go somewhere else. I called and explained to him everything. The service was quick maybe no the best customer service but got what need it done .not everyone it's a people person and I understand .just maybe a little more patience but other than that it was fine got what I went to do quick and efficient
