I've been to this place twice, once for fingerprinting for me (volunteer work) and once with my teenager (name change). The experience was the same both times, except for the addition of a large blue lives matter flag** that now greets you when you walk in the door. The man who works there is gruff and not particularly welcoming, but gets the job done. He doesn't ask or explain the process to you before he grabs your hand, which was jarring. I was disappointed with my recent experience. I arrived well-prepared and scheduled my appointment right at opening, expecting a smooth and professional interaction. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon arrival, I was met by a staff member whose demeanor came across as unkind and dismissive. I needed fingerprints for physician licensing. I was held up at work and arrived 14 minutes late. The guy very rudely told me I was “WAY late” and refused to help me. Getting out of the hospital for something like this is not easy, and I accommodate people who are much later than this on a regular basis. My wife also came here for fingerprinting and complained of the guy being rude. Might as well go to the Longmont location.

Small and professional, super kind and quick! I love the online pictures to help figure out wherethe office building is. Very cute office

The guy working here is rude and seemed bothered to have a customer. You can tell by his responses to other reviews that he takes no accountability for his lack of customer service. There are many other places in the area that provide this service. Don’t do business with this guy.
