If I could give negative stars I would. The absolute worst experience. I sent my employee here and she left with no fingerprints and in tears. She arrived at 7am the door was locked and she called, no answer. The man finally let her in and repeatedly pronounced her name wrong. She corrected him and he didn’t listen. He then was calling her racist and rude and told her to go somewhere else. I called and explained to him everything. The service was quick maybe no the best customer service but got what need it done .not everyone it's a people person and I understand .just maybe a little more patience but other than that it was fine got what I went to do quick and efficient
Avoid at all costs. Being the first time I have had to do anything other than digital fingerprinting, I was unaware of the process. Forget friendliness, I tried so hard to be passive and nice. Steve Burns acted aggravated that I was there, that I asked questions, that I asked him questions. I questioned the fingerprints being printed on MY cards. He said cards are generic and it doesn’t matter. I asked him to fill out my form was requested. He said “oh the form that doesn’t matter and no one looks at”. So sarcastic and rude.... read more
Location is easy to find. Professional and efficient staff. Helped me figure out what I did wrong during setup. Highly recommend.
Because I read from other comments that I might be denied service if I was late, I made sure to arrive early, and was actually helped early, and was done by the time my appointment was supposed to start. The person was very efficient, and seemed very experienced with fingerprinting. He had a little wipe to clean each finger before printing it, which ensured clean prints, which is something I have had trouble with in the past at other fingerprinting location.
