Wish I could do zero stars here as the experience my wife and I with our 2 kids had was horrible. I'm echoing the sentiment from the previous user review from "Lioness" a month back. This guy wasn't prepared, had a horrible attitude right out of the gate and raised his voice at us. All we needed was direction on what to do, not to be yelled at from your chair in other room. I went in for fingerprinting, and the experience wasn’t great. When I felt the guy was being rude to me, at first, I thought, ‘Naaa, it’s just me—I’ve gotten used to Colorado’s customer service, where people are kind and gentle.’ Then I thought, ‘Maybe he’s from New York or my native Florida—places where interactions tend to be a bit harsher.’ But then I realized, ‘Wait, this guy is about to hold my hand and fingers for a bit for the fingerprinting… this is going to get awkward.’ So yeah, I won’t be coming back.
