Rob did a great job replacing the water heater in our 40 year old travel trailer. He has a very "can do" attitude, which helps a lot in the older RV units. I recommend him. He's a veteran, too!!
I called Wiz-bang because I liked the name lol. I did call another place they said good luck getting someone to fix my tent trailers lift cable. Rob said that's no problem and was here in less than 2 hours. Gave me a fair price I then ask if he could put an electric jack on it so we could use it. He gave me a price and came back next day and put it all together ❤️ he is very good at what he does and is fair and fast. I am very happy!
Have worked with them twice and had a good experience both times, once for routine maintenance and one for full replacement of major parts. Good availability, communicative, fast service, showed up on time. Will use again.
Very happy with Wiz-Bang. They are the reasonably priced and make on-sight service calls. Rob is professional, friendly, and punctual. He knows how to diagnose and correct problems. Wiz-Bang will be the first one I call next time I need a RV repair.
