HIRE AN ASSISTANT OR TEN TO ANSWER PHONES for the love of god, when patients have to wait 45 minutes - an hour to speak to someone about a simple question about an appointment, it’s a huge problem. PLEASE FIX THIS! It happens not once but every single time we call!
For our first baby livingston was our doctor and in simple words " he is the doctor who knows what he does". He just gives straight answers without BS, Initally it took us a while/few appoinments to get used to Dr Livingston but sticking to him is the best decision we made. Overall i highly recommened Dr Livingston and the baby is doing great!!
I was on my third section and without insurance we had to go to parkland which kept telling me i wasnt as far along as i thought. . I knew I was about to go in labor which was dangerous for me and my child. My husband's new high end insurance kicked in that weekend but no one would take me. He and his nurses listened and saw me immediately, that same day I called them. After an in office ultrasound he knew I was close to being in labor . He said I'll see you Monday 6:00 am.
