Never called me back. Always call and recording indicates mailbox is full. Plmbr installed a drain sometime ago stopped working and could never get a response. Are they still in business?

I did not use them. I called on three separate jobs. He never returned the call or showed up. I don't know what's wrong but he appears to be totally unprofessional, if he's still in business.
Have tried/called three (3) times on different occasions. They NEVER return any phone calls......
