The bartender in the bourbon dock was so rude all because we asked if she carried a liquor they didn’t have, a simple “no” would have been fine instead of telling us how much you hate the brand🤣
Cute place but not in the summer
Online store is not up to date. It lets you purchase items and then charges your card. Then a few minutes later declines you, then your funds are not released directly back to you. When I called the store the older lady working was rude and not helpful. She advised me to call the other store which only has voicemail. Terrible customer service and this has been an on going issue so that is the reason for this review.
First off, Illinois liquor tax is high. This place had a decent selection. However, you could order a flight of bourbon, which attracted me because I wanted to taste a couple of bourbons that I had not tasted that they had in stock. BUT, I was only allowed to choose bottom shelf bourbons for the flight. The pours were plentiful and the price was $20 (pretty good, I thought). Myself & my boyfriend came in for drinks with a few friends, we decided that we were going to play some darts. The touch tunes music wasn’t working properly, so I asked for the remote and when I did and was given the remote and walked away, I was mocked by the bartender for asking for the remote. Rude service, unknowing of even how to make drinks or remember names of people who had an open tabs.. unimpressed by a server who works in the industry in this community.
