Picking up the phone would help. You have a very short window for returns but I can find no directions for returns on your website or on the invoice I received with the item.

I love Witt's End and love all the people involved with Witt's End. I love their clothing and there is always something there for you, The jewelry and shoes are also nice. All the personnel are extremely helpful without being pushy. Every time I walk out, I walk out with a smile on my face.

You go in and they are following you EVERYWHERE YOU GO, like vultures! Or maybe it was just me, who knows. And NO, I'm not playing the race card, because if anything I look more Italian/Spanish Ethnicity over anything else. I did buy about $300 worth of stuff, since I needed it for post surgery. They were ok taking my money, but clothes was not the BEST QUALITY.. I could have spent the same amount on good quality items at higher end Boutiques and paid just as much if not less. I recently visited Witt's End for the first time. The entire experience was amazing. I personally have worked in retail in the past and I must say, the folks here made me remember how retail should be. They could not have been more attentive. I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but simply thrilled by the end of my visit. I've not had service such as this in years. Thanks, I will be back.
