I went today to get some color added to my car. I called first and talked to a girl named Crystal. I didn't get off work til they were almost closing and she told me she would have Justin wait for me. I went and he did my work and they were both awesome. Will recommend to anyone. Great customer service and quality of work was just as awesome. Thank you guys!!!!
The worst customer service I have ever received. Took our company van for lettering. Unbeknownst to us, one of the owners took this as a "side job" & apparently the other partner didn't appreciate that. One of the decals is scratched as if someone keyed it, the phone number is on top of the door handle & coming loose, phone # is crooked but worst of all us the fact that they pressure washed it and now we have spots where the paint has come off. Probably the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. They told me a week for expected turn around time for a wrap and powdercoating several items (I was on a tight schedule for filming) and ended up having it for a month and a half without doing ANYTHING to it but paint the wheels the wrong color. I was cursed out by the owner several times and hung up on constantly when I asked for updates on the project (never once did I raise my voice to them or treat them with disrespect).
