Excellent practice and staff .
Brilliant alway get me in when I need and give me great support and help ,friendly receptionists, best doctors in Blackburn.
Reception staff are lovely and so are the nursing staff. GP's make you feel as though you are a time waster and can't wait to get you out the consultation room. Never take time to really listen to your problems and make you feel as though you are the problem.

Horrible, can't get an appointment today, I called at 8:39 and there is an option that if you press 1 they will call you when it's your turn. They didn't call me at all, so I called again at 8:54 and they didn't give me an appointment saying they don't have any more free spaces, the reception is lazy and incompetent, you only have an hour to do it, even if you booked an appointment, then they don't care what your health condition is if you don't make it by that hour.
