I brought my truck in to Wittmeier for an oil change and a recall fix that was just a computer update. I was told it would be fast, but they had my truck for over 3 hours with no communication. I finally had to walk up to the podium and ask what was going on. When I asked if I could check out ahead of time so I could leave when my truck was ready, I was told no because they were waiting on paperwork.
