Update: 2 years later I’m having issues with the system. I reached out to David several times in different occasions, in the middle of busy season also in the winter, he sets a date and doesn’t show up nor gives any update. Left a few messages via phone and via text messages. I paid over $30 thousand dollars at the time and the after asking me over the phone, is that Mitsubishi? I said Yes. There are better mechanical businesses in the CT MA areas. Hard earned money is terrible to waste.

We had been using technicians from American Home Solutions. They quoted us over twice as much for installation. Witting hvac was recommended by a friend and gave us a great deal with no haggling. I would give 6 stars if I could.
