Experience was great in the beginning as they worked on my case and when the case was closed in March and defendant agreed to pay I was told a check would be mailed but no mention it would not be signed. Then told payment will be sent via the slow ACH process. No payment on supposed deposit date and now no response to recent payment demand. Attorney has my retainer fee and settlement money…. ****Update****money received via ACH.
