Witterman will bill you for waste of time phone calls that have nothing to do with your case. Among other futilities in signing on with him, there is no reliably tracking his use of your time and retainer fee. He will blow it out of the water without notification and then send you a ridiculous over and above bill that you had no idea was coming. Ask me how I know…

Richard is great and helped me out greatly with a franchise agreement! Great guy who thought of so many things I had not thought of! He is definitely my lawyer now.
Experience was great in the beginning as they worked on my case and when the case was closed in March and defendant agreed to pay I was told a check would be mailed but no mention it would not be signed. Then told payment will be sent via the slow ACH process. No payment on supposed deposit date and now no response to recent payment demand. Attorney has my retainer fee and settlement money…. ****Update****money received via ACH.
