Kind staff at the front desk and back room. Clean, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you!
Great service and wonderful staff.
Difficult and condescending front desk near the start of treatment, as well as little transparency on treatment plan. Little to no regard for the comfort of patients during treatment. Using what seemed to be apparently excessive "force" which came at the cost of great discomfort during said treatment. There were several employees that made treatment a more pleasant experience, but overall I would not recommend this orthodontist office.
Friendly staff and excellent results. Consultative and provided thoughtful options for a unique situation.
