Coulton and his partner were great. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable, definitely recommend them.
We had a late night basement sink leak. After an attempt to stop the problem, we only made it worse ! I searched for 24/7 plumbers and found Witt Mechanical. Tim answered but told me they were in Bedford. His first suggestion was for me to try to find someone in Roanoke, obviously less expensive than a trip from Bedford to Roanoke. I took a chance and told him what our problem was, he was incredibly helpful and we actually were able to resolve the leak !!! Kudos to Tim !! I would definitely use them if I lived in Bedford!!
Great service! Great communication! I had a system check up before summer is in full swing. The previous owners left me a list of service providers they used and they were not wrong to say if no one else I stay with they highly recommended I stayed with Witt. The technician Lee was pleasant, professional and took the time to educate me on heat pumps and emergency heat function. Coming from Arizona that isn't something I was familiar with.
