I had a routine service for HVAC and boiler. The tech said the boiler drain valve was leaking after he did a pressure check and needed replacing. He charged $483 more than the services for a $10 valve (Lowes) that took ~1/2 hr. My system has automatic bleed valves so he didn't need to manually do that, but he did the upper floor anyway. That is ~$900/hr!!! It was ~3 times more than what I was first quoted! He only gave a 10% discount and my total bill was $684! I feel ripped off!

Today October 6, 2025 we had our whole home generator serviced by Ricky Thomas. Couldn’t ask for a better professional mechanic, he explained every detail of service with an exceptional attitude!! Would recommend him and the company doing service work for us again in the future!!!!

Our AC unit went out on Friday afternoon, and it was almost 5pm. I was out of town and my wife Called Witt Mechanical, and within 20 minutes someone was at my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem (dead compressor), called me to explain to my wife and I at the same time what was the problem and the costs to fix it. They had to order the compressor, and said he would have a more accurate timeline on tge repair on Monday. In the meantime he offered to bring over some window AC units to help keep the house cool.
