Best service I've had in 40+ years of driving. Seriously! From the way they welcomed me to their facility (I just stopped in with no appt) to the excellent communication that occurred throughout my visit they set the bar for other shops to emulate. 5 stars!!! They not only did my oil change but also fixed tire pressure sensor light fault on 3 tires as well as replaced air filters. I felt taken care of and it all was extremely cost and time efficient. Disappointed... I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Witt for a few years now. I’ve never had an issue with them and have always been pleased with the customer service I have received. On my last visit, I brought my 23 F150 in because I have been having problems with my AC. While my vehicle was there, they did a tire rotation and oil change without my consent.
