Terrible management company! Unresponsive, uncaring, unprofessional!! These are some real negligent landlords, my apartment had water damage, structural damage, electrical problems, and more. Ill start off by saying the positive reviews are FAKE to make these 3 real estate partners seem a LOT better than they are. What it was like renting a property from them that we paid $3200 a month for: Cockroaches in my apartment and in my building AWFUL- heat system that included water leaks throughout my ceiling, floor and walls. Enough to make parts of my ceiling fall down. I was a tenant of Witnick for 3 years. The apartment was in great condition upon move in; with fresh paint & in the prefect location for me to have a 15 min commute to work. If I ever had any questions about my lease or if any maintenance needs came up, the office team was efficient to resolve any 911s. The girls were super easy to communicate with, & respectful! would've stayed longer with the Witnick team had I not moved states due to work!
