I met with Tristan today, my first time in a gym for a long time. Tristan was welcoming and had great knowledge. He really knew what he was talking about and made me feel comfortable while going through some key aspects of my goals. The facility itself was well equipped and not intimidating at all. I would strongly recommend Witness the Fitness if you want to achieve your personal fitness goals for 2025 and beyond.
I went to this hidden gem in Brisbane to train with Tristan and was a very good experience 😊 he gave me a lot of insight about my training journey and totally recommended
