Update: was with them for over 4 years. Called to cancel & never was I told to put it in writing. Now it’s on my credit report, I called to ask why & Leah was VERY RUDE. Sent me an email of the conversation with the collection agency where they lied & said I wouldn’t answer the phone & that I refused to pay! I've used the other big name providers before in my business and rental homes for over 20+ years and had to fight these other security company’s hard sales-people types. I recommend Witness to someone looking for honest, professional and fair services. These guys only provided what I needed today.
