Dennis Lee is being really helpful. I had a hit-and-run accident earlier today. Called them and dennis took my call. He asked me to go over to their office so that he could help me to search for the car who was involved. He stayed behind till 7:45 even though he’s off at 6:00. Thanks to Dennis and he found the car who hit mine and sent me the video so that I can report to ICBC. Highly recommend this company coz of the service.

Thank you to Dennis and Elton for their amazing and super friendly customer service. I was unfortunately 30 minutes late to my supposed appointment but Dennis still gladly took me in with smiles and welcoming attitude, the technicians installed both front and rear dash cam within 30 minutes and Dennis spent his time explaining how the system works as well as guiding me on how to connect my phone to the dash cam unit itself. Amazing service, will definitely come back for an installation for my other vehicle.
I have the TR-S front and rear dash cam installed along with an external battery. The recording quality is exceptional, and I don’t have to worry about a dead battery while the car is parked. Most importantly, Annie C and their technician provided excellent service booking me in on short notice and thoroughly explaining the features.
