This place is truly mind boggling. The firm markets itself as the "go to" accounting firm for tax resolution which can be such an intimidating and scary situation. One would expect timely responses to communications and excellent follow up. You will get neither here. In fact, you will get ZERO responses to pretty much any communication you make - to the point that it almost starts to seem like a joke. Attempting to work with L&W was one of the most baffling and frustrating experiences we've had in 15+ years in business. It started fine and John met with us promptly. During that meeting, he requested we send our QuickBooks information to them to generate a quote (which was an unusual request, as we've never had another CPA ask for this just for generating an estimate).
