Have been with this practice for over 8 years, but since Medivet has taken over, it has become more about money than the welfare of the animals. At last appointment I was quoted £600 for an unnecessary elbow x ray when the treatment plan would be the same whatever the outcome and charged £57 for 14 tablets. I've really lost faith now and am actively looking to move elsewhere...would not recommend.
First time at this vets and first time puppy owner. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The girls on the desk were welcoming and friendly and helpful on the phone when I registered. The vet me and my puppy Rory saw was great at answering all my questions, very patient and great with Rory. Glad I chose this vets.
