Service and Rentals Great service and friendly staff! I got excellent work done on my car and they even loaned me a rental car for the day! I would definitely recommend Withnell Auto for service, repairs and rentals.
Good service We've all had our moments where we neede a rental at a moments notice. Withnell Auto Rental made it easy. Their prices were right in line with the competition. Everytime we've needed to use a rental we always check with them first. The service is great and the flexibility has been wonderful. We've also enjoyed that the vehicles are always clean and ready to go, even when there is a short time between rentals. Great service!
Great Resource If you need to rent a car, you cant beat Withnell. Their prices are very reasonable, and they have a great variety of vehicles to choose from. The have several large passenger vans, mini vans, and other cars. One of my favorite things about Withnell is that they also rent portable DVD players. This definitely helps make a long trip more tolerable for young children. And being a small local business makes them so much better in service than national chains.
Car Wash I would not recommend Withnell Auto Rental and Car Wash. I have never used the auto rental part of it but I have had my car washed at Withnell and will never go back. My car was pretty dirty (that's why it needed a car wash) but after I got out to check my car once it was done getting washed the whole bottom half of my car wasn't even clean. I was really disappointed and will not go back again.
BEWARE WITHNELL AUTO GROUP I took my son to this Withnell Hyundai dealership in salem, Oregon on a Saturday to look at a car. After about an hour of the salesman showing us stuff that I had already said was above our price range, they showed us a smaller car that had 14,000 miles on it and a good warranty left. My 21 year old son drove it and fell in love. He was buying my 1973 VW from me that I had just spent 3,000 dollars on to start restoring it, and still owed me 1700.00 Part of the deal to get it financed was an agreeme... read more
