Customer service was superb both on the phone and in office. Very reliable communication and they took the necessary time to help find a solution for my billing problems
Don’t even want to rate 1 star at all!! I want to rate tripe zero stars. Just move in San Antonio new townhouse and paid a $350 deposit on top I was just late 3 weeks and got my service shut off just this morning, when I made the payment right away after they shut off without written warning, plus charge a re connection fee of $65 plus 35 trip fee
