Kristen is the absolute best massage I’ve ever had. Thorough, professional and always accommodating to my needs and areas that need work. As a hygienist on my feet I so appreciate my massage!!!

I cannot recommend Kristen enough. The space she has created is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. After a short consultation, Kristen gave me an amazing massage targeting the exact areas we spoke about. She was interested in all areas of my health and suggested nutrition, stretches, alternative care, and after care.
