Dr. Troy is one of the best doctors that I have ever known. He is always on time and very friendly communicates very good and knows all of his education and advice is wonderful he's never been wrong with any of my sympthoms! He's wonderful at O.B I had both my children and now the 3rd he will be my doctor he's wonderful! !!!! And... he helped me when I was in need of giving birth while Legacy would not because they failed to do their job! Troy helped save our lives!!!
