My 2022 Kia K5 GT-line infotainment system would not turn on despite our attempts to reset and hard reset so brought it to this dealership. We had thought it needed a software update but find out the head unit needs replaced! They quoted the cost would be over $7000 since it wasn’t covered under warranty. I have had my car serviced multiple times and almost every time, I have to bring it back again because they didn’t install something correctly or all the way. I just had the chrome trim around my windows replaced and they were half glued on. I am incredibly disappointed with the service department and will never buy from witham again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!

I've had a rough patch with my newer Kia not purchased at this location. I've had 3 insurance claims in about 3 months. The gals at the LaPorte location are unmatched in their customer service and collision departments. Brooke in service always makes sure my life isnt interrupted when I have routine maintenance done, and the girls in collision went to battle for me and took the time to make sure I understood the entire process and went above and beyond what they needed to do. Thankful for a location I can trust!
