Horrible business. The service department is unable to clearly communicate issues and needed service. Got a new engine and the transmission conveniently failed on their test drive. Would not recommend buying a car from here as the service you’ll get from this dealer is borderline fraudulent.

Originally, I had a great experience. Our Kia stopped working. They were helpful in offering us some options, working with the banks, etc. We worked with a nice salesman, he told us some of the things that they fixed on the car we were testing driving. We were in a pinch and needed a vehicle. We did purchase AS - IS. The check engine light was on, so I inquired about that. Their manager, Miho, said he was aware of it and what the issue was. I am actually another business that called to speak with a decision maker about a product I have for them and I wasn't able to immediately get a hold of somebody. Olivia the receptionist went above and beyond to assist me and had an amazing bright personality that made the call more than pleasant.
