My transmission blew on my Kia and I needed them for a diagnostic. The only reason this got 2 stars is because Brooke was so kind to own up to mistakes The first issue I had was a sales person called me to try and buy my car and then a sales person who stated they had heard from the service department that they had a Kia with a transmission that need replaced, contacted me again and tried to buy my car. My 2022 Kia K5 GT-line infotainment system would not turn on despite our attempts to reset and hard reset so brought it to this dealership. We had thought it needed a software update but find out the head unit needs replaced! They quoted the cost would be over $7000 since it wasn’t covered under warranty. This is not a wear and tear on the vehicle and the car is 3 years old, how the hell does this happen. No warning whatsoever, screen just goes black. I have had my car serviced multiple times and almost every time, I have to bring it back again because they didn’t install something correctly or all the way. I just had the chrome trim around my windows replaced and they were half glued on. I am incredibly disappointed with the service department and will never buy from witham again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!
