GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Front desk woman was incredibly rude beyond belief, and easily overwhelmed over nothing - the ER is probably not the place for her. Only 2 nurses for an entire ER and 1 MD, absurd. Very poor experience and would never be my first choice for medical assistance again, unless 100% necessary.
We had our first negative experience this week. My daughter presented with a stomach virus lasting over 24 hours, with persistent vomiting and inability to tolerate fluids. She had decreased urine output, episodes of vision blacking out, loss of color in her face, clamminess, shakiness, and fluctuating blood pressure. She was very weak and unable to keep down even small sips of electrolyte solution. If I could give 0 stars I would! no bedside manor of any kind no care in the way the male nurse spoke to my daughter today was unbelievable! also there was a sense of deep prejudice The male nurse was talking to other nurses about lunch & he was making fun of how Chinese speak in a very arrogant manner& talking so disrespectful to my daughter it's sad that he went into this profession to help people acting in such a way I feel so sorry for the people thats in his care we will never go back there absolutely did not know how t... read more
Bad experience. Do not go
I took my father to the Witham ER because he was feeling his heart racing. They were AMAZING! No wait time. They performed 5 or 6 diagnostic tests ranging from blood work to ct scan in less than an hour!!! He was well treated and quickly diagnosed. Thank you for caring for him. I love you all.
