Intake was simple. Triage was prompt, i had alot infor for the screening but the doctor heard everything still look at what he thought he needed to, ordered the exams, and when he got the request of 2 of the 3 with the 3rd not changing treatment he got me a steroid forst dose of antibiocs and sent me on my way. I came home and got the first few hours of sleep basically in 36 hours. It was a great experience. All were professional and kind.
Going to the Emergency Room can be a very scary time. Recently our family had one of those times. Dr. Stanley and Nurse Tammy were excellent. They took the time to listen to our concerns and explained everything. Nurse Tammy was able to get the IV with only one try. They usually have to poke my Husband several times. When we need blood work again we will ask for her. Very kind and compassionate.
No one is ever thrilled to need to go to the ER... I was even less so, seeing the reviews. But, like nearly all of the times I've been to Witham, they exceeded my expectations. From check-in to out the door, everyone was friendly and helpful. They listened, answered questions, and offered options to move forward in the best way for me. I really appreciated them making a stressful situation easier. Thank you to the Witham team!
