Went in to get my new born daughter’s/family photos, we understood that she had personal issues and gave her months and months hoping to receive the photos that we knew were going to be delayed. Fast forward almost a year later we still have received no word or any form of communication despite reaching out several times and to make everything far worse we paid $250 dollars for photos we’ve never received that were promised to us.

I cannot express how deeply disappointed and heartbroken I am with this photographer. I hired her to capture my baby's newborn photos on 11/13/23, and now, nearly a year later, I still haven’t received the final images. I paid $250 for these photos, selected the ones I wanted from the unedited proofs (which had her business watermark all over them), and after that, she completely ghosted me. like everyone has said, my baby was born on 11/2/23, its now 3/8/24 and I have not received my photos. I went in for the session, she was very responsive in the beginning, sent me the drafts to select, she told me once I paid I would recieve the finals, I paid shortly after and then nothing. Shes been ghost ever since she received the payment and I am so heart broken. Similar to what a few other people wrote, I had a good experience at first with Valerie, but eventually was very frustrated by the lack of professionalism in communication and massive delay in actually getting the photos. I had very quickly selected the photos and submitted them as final. I sent emails weekly asking about when they would be ready. I took almost 3 months to actually get the photos. Not worth the stress honestly, I would recommend going with someone else

We had an amazing experience with Valerie! Photos turned out phenomenal! She is very personable and responsive throughout, from inquiring to final photos. She is hands down the baby whisperer, and has the best variety of props in town! If you love rustic, wooden designs, then you must book with her!
