I rarely leave negative reviews, but after today's experience I felt compelled to. I had originally requested a 10am appointment and was told only 11am was available. As a mum with a newborn and another child, I rearranged feeding schedules, organised childcare and missed my usual morning walk to make the 11am appointment work. UNDERCOVER BROTHEL DISGUSTING REPORT!!! booked here for the first time and quickly realised it was a huge mistake. The customer service was terrible staff seemed disorganised, didn’t know what they were doing, and communication was very difficult due to poor English.
