Kristi Humphrey was amazing over the phone! I had a vision and she helped me see that vision so clear. Unfortunately I had to cancel my plans luckily I didn’t lock in with them yet but Kristi was very understanding she was also super kind! She had all the answers to my questions and was so sweet we even talked about my sisters wedding! She’s amazing so thank you Kristi it’s hard to find great people like you in customer service With A Twist Events you have a good one don’t let her go!♥️
