In March 2017 I reserved, and paid for, a 1 hour tour of Salem beginning at 8:30 AM on 07/02/17. We drove 10 hours the day before to assure we'd be on time. We were, but no one from Segway showed up. I called their # 2 times and left messages. After 10-15 min of waiting in the parking lot, we did a brief walking tour as our time there was limited.
