Absolutely amazing. Stayed in a studio sweet with friends in the other one and shared a great patio area together. Just a basic room but comfortable and really quiet. Entire property surrounded by an English garden with Steve the cat visiting everyone. 24 hour lounge for coffee and fresh cookies and to hang out on a rainy morning. Very friendly and accommodating owner who provided a mattress topper for our friend with a bad back. Will for sure stay here again.Older buildings but very clean and homey
Charming, sunny rooms in main house or small cottages. Private porches and gardens everywhere. Sparkling clean. Welcoming common room with coffee tea and Steve the best cat. Vintage furniture, beautiful art. Walking distance to cafes/shops. Owners - great! Absolutely recommend.
We had a lovely spring holiday here at Wisteria Guest House. Our room was charmingly decorated and had a garden patio with comfy chairs. The beautiful property was serene and quiet, but within walking distance of downtown. We highly recommend Wisteria!
Liked · Overall, we both felt that the room itself was OK, somewhat smallish but about what we expected. Bed was fine, no problem there. Bathroom and shower were also decent. The big bonus was the space where all guests could gather - it was excellent!! I loved the huge book collection - even some good science fiction books (though only about 8 or 9 of them, out of what must have been a couple thousand books). I knew that the Wisteria would be special. The cottage was perfect. So very quiet. I really enjoyed having access to the lounge for coffee in the morning. Special thanks to Steve The Cat. Hanging out on the patio with him was a treat.
